Marshall L. Doney, President & CEO
Marshall joined AAA in 1984 and brings 40 years of experience to his role of President and CEO of AAA Mountain Group.
He started as an Assistant Manager at AAA Wisconsin and most recently served as President and CEO of AAA National, supporting the federation of AAA clubs and its over 57 million Members. His career also includes positions as Director, Strategic Planning and Research and Vice President, Automotive Services.
Marshall previously served as Director of Marketing and Service Quality at the Automobile Club of New York and Staff Director of Marketing and Member Services at AAA Wisconsin.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
